Justin is a Bloomington-Normal native and graduate of Bloomington High School. After graduation, he served in the Marine Corps. Justin has over 20 years of HVAC experience, and spent the most recent several years working as the lead tech for a prominent dealership in Normal.
Justin and his wife, Whitney, live in Peoria with their four dogs.
